Schwartz Excavating was the contractor responsible for the demo of two buildings in Coleraine, MN.  They were condemned buildings.  The demolition of these buildings resulted in larger parking area for the Greenway High School.

In 2015 Schwartz Excavating worked for Itasca County on an improvement project. For those of you that saw the construction process and wondered, "What is that white stuff?!"  Click the photo to find out!

Schwartz Excavating was a big part of the Kelliher Bus Garage project in 2015. The site preparation, utilities; water and sewer, final grade, parking lot, seed and mulch was all our part.  

Schwartz Excavating has been a part of numerous projects consisting of Shoreline Alterations.  We are familiar with the local and state codes.  We will assist you with any permit applications and/or information you may need.  We will also design your shoreline alteration project.

Within these photos you will see numerous projects that have been completed using Schwartz Redi-Mix concrete and/or products.  We are a state of the art facility.  We are MN DOT certified, ACI (American Concrete Institute) certified and take pride in our concrete products.  We test every angle of the concrete; from the rock and sand to the end compression strength of the concrete.

Timberlake Lodge was a pretty special project for both Schwartz Excavating & Schwartz Redi-Mix.  To be a part of such a landmark that it has become is a privilege.  The walls of the building are made from ICF (insulated concrete forms) and filled with Schwartz Redi-Mix concrete.  Working with the family that owns this beautiful lodge was not only fun, but also a privilege.  They are great people. Watching this building erect and supplying as much as we did to the project is something we take great pride in.  Please check them out!
